The vacation apartment Waldruhe faces south and is located on the upper floor. Sleeping possibilities: for 2 persons ( double room) + 1 corner sofa for 2 persons, + for children and teenagers up to 14 years there are 4 beds in the open attic. It is built entirely of spruce wood, which creates a pleasant atmosphere and a pleasant scent.
The special thing about this apartment is the so-called “cuddly nest” in the attic area. There are 4 beds in which children and teenagers. There is also space to “chill out” or play. Thanks to the skylight, you can watch the beautiful starry sky from your bed at night. From above you can look down over the “Herzlbalkon”. This apartment is also equipped with a double room in the lower area. Here, too, the beds and cupboards are made of solid stone pine. On the south side there is a spacious balcony with a beautiful panoramic view.
Both apartments are equipped as follows:
- High-quality furnishings with wooden floors and solid stone pine furniture.
- Fully furnished and equipped kitchen with: dishwasher, hob with natural stone worktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hand mixer and egg cooker.
- Waffle irons can be borrowed from the farm shop.
- Modern bathroom with rain shower, toilet, bidet and hair dryer.
- Living area with cozy corner sofa, which can possibly also be used as a bed.
- TV with satellite connection.

In the main season we prefer guests to stay with us for at least one week. This way you can settle in a little and get to know more of our farm life. Our preferred arrival and departure day is Saturday.

ARRIVAL
We kindly ask you to leave the apartment on the day of departure at 10:00 a.m. at the latest, so that we can prepare it for the next guests. Those guests who arrive can move into the apartment from 14:30. Our preferred arrival and departure day is Saturday.

Cancellation conditions according to art. 1382 of the Civil Code
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you the right to cancel your reservation under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
Up to 30 days before the arrival date at the latest, the reservation can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation by the guest in the period between 30 days before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation no later than 30 days and 14 days before the arrival day 50% of the total agreed price.
- Cancellation less than 14 days and 7 days before the arrival date: 75 % of the agreed total price
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the day of arrival: 100 % of the agreed total price
- In case of non-appearance of the guest (“no show”) or in case of early departure of the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is owed in full.
